Higher per-gram than FDM, but often cheaper for small, detailed parts where surface quality matters. Quote FDM today while SLA comes online.

Design guidelines

• Minimum feature size ~0.4–0.8 mm depending on orientation
• Drain holes for hollow sections
• Account for support contact marks on down-facing surfaces
• Avoid large flat skins that can warp during cure
• Keep max dimension within resin build envelope
